Le Réseau à l'écoute

Le Réseau à l'écoute is an initiative of the French Language Health Services Network of Eastern Ontario (RSSFE) aimed at gathering the experiences of francophones within the health system.

The Réseau wants to ensure it fully understands the reality francophones face when seeking access to French-language health services in Eastern and Southeastern Ontario. For us, it is essential to know your experiences, needs, and challenges in order to integrate them into our recommendations to the health system. We will analyze the data collected through this initiative to guide our discussions with decision-makers and health organizations. This anonymized data may also be shared with health organizations to highlight what they are doing well and identify opportunities for improvement.
